  • Everyone who graduates from KSU is a member and can take advantage of the many programs we offer. The Office of Alumni Relations hosts numerous events, programs, and volunteer opportunities that help you stay connected to your alma mater, current students, and our alumni community.

  • As a KSU Owl Alum, you can purchase a recreational pass to use the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center (Kennesaw campus) or the Recreation and Wellness Center (Marietta campus). To sign up click on the link below and scroll to Membership Forms:

  • The Office of Alumni Relations offers our alumni a resource called CareerShift that will help you take your career to the next level. Go to and create an account (for FREE) by entering access code Kennesawowl. You can manage your entire job search within this portal with all of the resources it provides. Be sure to take advantage of the webinars and tutorials offered on the CareerShift website.

    KSU and SPSU alumni have lifelong access to alumni career services. Check out their website:

  • KSU alumni (graduates) 10% discount on all classes with a maximum discount of $500 per class. There is no limit to the number of classes a KSU Alumni may take. Discount can only be applied to the graduate and is not transferable to any other family members. Classes delivered online are not eligible for this discount.   • Alumni may visit either the Horace W. Sturgis Library (Kennesaw campus) or the L.V. Johnson Library (Marietta Campus). Both Sturgis and Johnson Libraries welcome KSU (or former SPSU) alumni and all members of the Georgia public to use our facilities for computer access, searching databases, and reference services. If a KSU (or former SPSU) alum wishes to check out books, they must join Friends of the Library. There is a $35 annual membership fee to join. For more information please check out their FAQ:

  • You have access to your NETID for up to 1 year (3 consecutive semesters of not attending KSU classes). For more information, please contact University Information Technology Services (UITS) at 470-578-3555.

  • Kennesaw State University encourages alumni to remain active within the KSU community.  As part of this initiative, alumni are able to purchase parking passes that allow them to park in all visitor parking areas for a monthly fee. 

    Alumni passes are priced at $23 per month, and are valid in any visitor parking area on Kennesaw or Marietta Campus.  Requests for Alumni permits are handled via email by the KSU Parking & Transportation Office.

    Requesting an Alumni Permit

    Please submit your Alumni Parking Permit request to with the following information:

    ·       Customer name, address, email address, and phone number.

    ·       Customer vehicle information: license plate number; vehicle make, model, and color.

    ·       Number of months the permit will need to be valid (i.e. 4 months).


    Purchasing Your Alumni Permit

    After receipt of an Alumni Permit request, Parking & Transportation will send an invoice to the email address on file.  Invoice payments will need to be submitted via check by mail or in person to the KSU Parking and Transportation Office located on Kennesaw Campus.

    Using Your Alumni Permit

    Upon receipt of payment you will receive an email notification of permit activation.  Your permit’s activation length will correspond to the length of parking purchased.  Your vehicle license plate number will serve as your permit.   Any vehicle/license plate changes will need to be submitted to the parking office in order to update the permit access.

    Alumni must pay to park in the visitor lots until 6:00 PM, when it becomes open parking. On the Kennesaw campus, for free parking you may park at Town Point and take the BOB bus to your destination or park on the top level of the North deck.
